Terms of Use


By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of use.

These terms may be updated occasionally, and any updates will apply to new commissions.

  • I will provide updates throughout the creation process (e.g., sketches, line art, final piece).
  • You are entitled to request changes during the sketch phase. Once approved, only minor adjustments will be accepted.
  • I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.


Payment
  • Payment is required upfront or split into two parts: 50% before starting and 50% after accepting the initial sketch.
  • Base prices are listed in euro (€) and may vary depending on the complexity of the commission.
  • Payment methods accepted: PayPal only.


Rights and Usage
  • I retain the copyright to the artwork, including the right to use it in portfolios or promotional materials.
  • You cannot claim that the artwork was made by you.
  • The commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed (e.g., commercial use requires a separate agreement).
  • Personal use includes but is not limited to using the artwork as avatars, profile pictures, or wallpapers, and reuploading the artwork with proper credit.
  • You may not resell, reproduce, or use the artwork commercially without prior consent.
  • The artwork cannot be used for AI training, NFTs, or blockchain-related purposes.


Cancellations and Refunds
  • If you cancel before work begins, a full refund will be provided.
  • No cancellations are allowed after the initial sketch is approved.
  • No refunds after the artwork is completed (exception being my inability to finish, etc.)


Deadlines and Delivery
  • Deadlines must be agreed upon in advance.
  • Estimated time for finishing a commission is between 2-5 weeks but waiting time may vary regarding the complexity of a commission
  • The final artwork will be delivered digitally in full resolution PNG file and web ready JPG file to the provided email.
  • I can include print-ready artwork in CMYK format as a JPG or PDF upon request.
